Build a life that actually feels like yours, not just the one you feel you “should” be living.

Sure, on the outside things might look mostly okay, but internally, something seems off. You feel stuck, restless, or just like you’re not where you’re supposed to be. Maybe you’ve been telling yourself that if you just try harder or get it together, things will finally change.

But they’re not changing. You’re exhausted, disconnected from yourself and the people around you, and sometimes even a little numb.

A lot of the people I work with are incredibly hard on themselves. They carry a belief that they should be able to handle everything on their own, and if they can’t, something must be wrong with them. So they keep it all in, push through, and minimize what they’ve experienced.

Some clients notice that something isn’t working anymore, and maybe that’s why they’ve been led here. They’ve outgrown parts of their life, and the ways they’ve been used to coping aren’t helping in the ways they used to. More than anything, they just don’t feel like themselves, but they’re not sure how to find their way back.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and big life or identity transitions. Whether you’re trying to move forward from something challenging or figure out who you are outside of it, this is a space where we can work through those big questions and what you want your next steps to be.

In our work together, we won’t jump straight into fixing everything. Instead, we’ll slow things down, get curious about what’s underneath the surface, and focus on what matters to you—your values, what feels important, and the kind of life you want to be living. From there, we take it step by step, building skills, noticing patterns, and making small, intentional choices that help you reconnect with yourself.

I often think of therapy as planting seeds. We’ll talk about things and see what starts to shift over time, but it doesn’t have to be (and won’t be) a complete overhaul overnight. Instead, think of it as creating the conditions for something new to grow.

I don’t see you as a diagnosis or someone to “fix.” I see you as a person going through a difficult moment in life, and I’m in your corner as you figure out how to move through it. We may explore your past, especially when it comes to trauma or patterns that keep showing up, but the goal is always to create space for something different moving forward—not to keep you stuck in what’s already happened.

I bring a sense of warmth, honesty, and humor into the room. We’re both humans, so you don’t have to filter yourself here or have everything perfectly put together. You can simply be somebody who is having a hard time right now—and we’ll start with that.
