Neurodivergence & comprehensive psychological ASSESSMENTS For ADULTS
You have had a growing sense that something isn’t quite right which has left you wondering if there’s more beneath the surface. Feeling as if there is something about the way you process information, handle responsibilities, or navigate the world that needs to be explored.
You might find that conversations or group settings drain you or your loved ones, requiring extra effort just to feel “normal” or to avoid being seen as different. Sometimes it feels like you are on the outside looking in. Maybe you’ve already received a diagnosis of some kind, but it still feels like pieces of the puzzle are missing. The answers you’ve found so far don’t seem to explain everything, it feels like something just isn’t adding up, or that other clinicians simply just don’t get it.
You want to uncover what’s behind these struggles, but also understand the strengths that have gone unnoticed. At this point, more than anything, you’re searching for clarity and a way to make sense of it all; finding a path forward that captures the full picture of your unique needs, gifts, and talents.
Day-to-day life somehow feels harder for you than it does for others.
Maybe you have experienced…
Difficulty planning, staying organized, getting distracted, or managing time
Watching videos on social media that describe neurodiversity traits and characteristics and feeling like they are speaking directly to you
Having a group of neurodivergent friends or supporters who have commented on traits you seem to share with them
Emotional dysregulation, outbursts, or intense mood swings
Feeling physical and emotional exhaustion and a desire to withdraw after social situations
Finding yourself over-analyzing your behaviors or interactions, or feeling the need to “follow a script” or “people please” in order to relate to others
Having to “mask,” “tone down,” your unique interests, self-soothing activities, or preferred routines in order to fit into different environments, where you’re hiding your real self from others
Getting extremely nervous in social situations, or having a hard time making or keeping friends, often struggling to “read the room”
Being previously diagnosed with depression, anxiety, a mood or personality disorder, and are seeking an objective provider to help with tracking goals and progress
Not being listened to by mental health professionals in the past, but knowing you need support
Here, you will be heard and gain new insights to move forward with confidence.

Confirmation testing is used when you already have a formal diagnosis. This portion of the assessments we offer will use the diagnosis you already have to make sure that it is the correct fit for your needs. If we find that there is another diagnosis which may fit you better, we might decide to update your diagnosis so that you can have access to the right support and resources.
Comprehensive testing is used when you do not currently have a formal diagnosis, but are interested in potentially receiving one. This portion of the assessment process will allow you to go over the results of your assessment, answer any questions you might have, discuss any applicable diagnosis, specific areas of needs and strengths, and you will receive recommendations for next steps.
