I am a recent graduate from the University of Colorado, Boulder and I majored in Psychology and Sociology with a focus in developmental psychopathology. Throughout college I volunteered with organizations dedicated to advocating for comprehensive and free mental health care in schools, correctional facilities, and within Colorado state legislation. I also served on my sorority executive board creating a space where my peers felt safe and comfortable sharing and working through issues they faced in their personal lives. 

I am passionate about fostering environments where people feel heard instead of just listened to, and I hope to continue this both with North Texas Family Therapy and my relationships outside the office.
