Helping you understand yourself in a way that finally makes sense.

Maybe you’ve spent years feeling like you’re just slightly out of sync with the people around you, like everyone else picked up on social rules that never quite clicked for you. You’ve learned to adapt, observe, and create your own internal “scripts” for how to navigate conversations, relationships, and expectations. But even when things look like they’re working on the outside, it doesn’t come without a cost.

Social interactions are often draining, and you may feel overwhelmed by sensory experiences or unsure why certain things feel so much harder for you than they seem for everybody else. This may have been true for as long as you can remember, but lately, something’s shifted. You’re starting to wonder if there’s more to your story.

For many of my clients, this realization comes during a transition: starting college, entering a new career, or stepping into newfound independence and close relationships. You may have connected with others who identify as neurodivergent and started to see yourself reflected in their experiences. Now, you’re not just looking for answers—you’re looking for direction and a deeper understanding of who you really are.

Here, we explore your experiences through a neurodiversity-affirming lens—one that moves away from “what’s wrong” and focuses on understanding how your brain works, what your strengths are, and how you can build a life that actually fits and affirms you. I specialize in working with young adults navigating autism and ADHD, as well as concerns related to anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions.

If you’re seeking an evaluation, I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to the assessment process. We’ll start with initial screenings to determine whether an evaluation feels like the right next step. From there, we’ll start the work and spend time over multiple meetings getting to know your full story: your background, your relationships, your sensory experiences, and the patterns that have shaped your life. This process may also include input from someone who knows you well, helping us build a more complete picture.

Once we’ve gathered that information, we’ll walk through your results together. This is so much more than receiving a diagnosis or label—it’s about understanding what that information means for your life. You’ll leave with personalized recommendations, resources, and a clearer sense of how to move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are.

My approach as a psychologist is relational, strengths-based, and deeply collaborative. Even in an assessment setting, I believe the process should feel human, engaging, and supportive, not clinical or disconnected (because that’s the opposite of what you need). I want you to feel comfortable being open, asking questions, and exploring your experiences in a space where you feel seen and respected.

With over a decade of experience in university mental health settings, I’ve had the opportunity to support young adults through some of the most pivotal and identity-shaping seasons of their lives. I currently serve as a Clinical Director in a university counseling center, where I oversee clinical services, provide therapy, and specialize in autism and ADHD assessments.

My work is grounded in a feminist, multicultural, socially-informed perspective that honors the complexity of identity, lived experience, and context. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and responsive to who you are—not just as a client, but as a whole person. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, advocate for your needs, and move through life with more confidence and in your own way, I’m here to support you.
