Feel like you’re holding it together, but just barely?
I work with people who are tired of living in survival mode and ready to understand themselves more deeply. If anxiety, old relational patterns, or past experiences are still shaping how you move through the world, therapy can help you slow down and reconnect with who you are beneath it all.
Maybe you’ve been living with the weight of trauma for years, dismissing your experiences, telling yourself they “weren’t bad enough,” or pushing through while feeling like you’re too much, not enough, or somehow… both. On the outside, you’ve done everything supposedly the right way between juggling relationships, career, school, or family demands, but internally you feel unseen, undervalued, or disconnected from who you really are. Sometimes you notice that you’re trying to be the “right” person for everyone else, leaving no space for your own needs or what you really want. Deep down, you know you can’t keep living like this. You’re ready for something to change; you just need a safe place to begin.
My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel grounding, supportive, and real, not clinical or intimidating. Together, we’ll explore your needs, boundaries, relationships, and sense of self with curiosity, humor, and care.
I work with teens and adults ages 15 and up, and primarily see women, non-binary folks and those in the LGBTQIA+ community who are ready to process trauma, build a softer relationship with themselves, and reconnect with their inner knowing. Many of my clients have been in therapy before and want something different, or to go deeper this time, to finally work through what they’ve carried for so long, and oftentimes, alone. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns and pressures that have kept you stuck and create a new way forward where you feel valued, respected, and authentically you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. You just need a space where you’re allowed to show up as you are, and that’s exactly what I strive to create.
ALL OF YOU IS WELCOME HERE.
I truly believe therapy can be life-changing, because when we have a space where all of us gets to exist, we can begin to feel into a sense of internal safety. My approach to therapy is relational, warm, and grounded in the belief that our experiences don’t happen in a vacuum. Culture, identity, and the systems we live in all shape how we move through the world, and I hold that with care and respect in our work together. This is a space where you are welcome exactly as you are—with your full story, your questions, your humor, and the parts of you that feel unsure.
Depending on what you need, we can utilize a variety of different approaches while always prioritizing you, your nervous system, and safety. We may choose to slow down and listen to what your body has to say, focus on processing your relationships, patterns, or inner world, or simply co-create space for you to be heard without needing to explain or defend yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you or having all the answers, it’s about helping you feel seen, understood, and more connected to yourself over time.
