All of you is welcome here.

Maybe you’ve been living with the weight of trauma for years—dismissing your experiences, telling yourself they “weren’t bad enough,” or pushing through while feeling like you’re too much, not enough, or…somehow both. On the outside, you’ve done everything supposedly the right way—juggling relationships, career, school, or family demands—but internally, you feel unseen, undervalued, or disconnected from who you really are. Sometimes you notice that you’re trying to be the “right” person for everyone else, leaving no space for your own needs or what you really want. Deep down, you know you can’t keep living like this. You’re ready for something to change—you just need a safe place to begin.

I work with women, non-binary folx, and LGBTQIA+ clients (ages 17+) who are ready to process trauma, explore identity, and reconnect with their true selves. Many of my clients have been in therapy before and want something different, or to go deeper this time—to finally work through what they’ve carried for so long, and oftentimes alone. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns and pressures that have kept you stuck and create a new way forward where you feel valued, respected, and authentically you.

My approach is relational and grounded in feminist theory, with deep respect for the ways culture, social structures, and identity shape our experiences. You’ll find this is a space where you are welcome just as you are—with your unique story, your struggles, your humor, and your doubts. There may be times where we’ll pause to notice what’s happening in your body, using somatic,body-based practices to regulate the nervous system, or weaving attachment-based and IFS-informed techniques. Other times, we’ll slow down and simply let you be witnessed without judgment. Healing with me isn’t about “getting it right” or fixing everything overnight—it’s about helping you feel seen and heard in ways that help you come back to yourself.

I truly believe therapy can be transformational, and I want that kind of empowering change for you. It’s not about becoming perfect—it’s about reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your body, and remembering that you are enough, exactly as you are.
