Helping families, couples, kids, and teens grow through what they’re going through.

Life often has a way of distancing us from the people we love most—and sometimes, even from ourselves. Maybe you’re lying awake at night wondering what happened to the close-knit family you used to have. Or watching your child pull away and feeling helpless to reach them. Maybe your marriage feels stuck in a loop, filled with short conversations and long silences. You’ve tried advice, prayed for change, maybe even read all the parenting books—but nothing’s quite working. And deep down, you're tired. Not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

In therapy, I offer a space where you can lay some of those burdens down. A place to get honest about what’s not working and begin to imagine what healing might look like—for your child, your relationship, or your entire family system.

I work with children, teens, couples, and families as they navigate life’s messier moments: grief, divorce, anxiety, trauma, disconnection, and the everyday wear and tear of relationships under stress.

I bring a relaxed, down-to-earth presence to our work together, using humor when appropriate and always prioritizing connection, collaboration, and compassion. You won’t be handed a one-size-fits-all fix. Instead, we’ll set goals together, talk about what matters most to you, and take steps—big and small—toward healing and clarity.

With kids and teens, I focus on building trust, creating space for self-expression, and empowering them to take ownership of their actions in a way that feels safe and supported.

Parents are a vital part of this process—we’ll work as a team to strengthen communication between you and your child and understand what they truly need.

With couples and families, I help shift the dynamic from tension and isolation to partnership and understanding. Instead of avoiding conflict, we’ll learn how to face it compassionately together.

Therapy with me is a partnership. I’ll offer insight, tools, and support—but you’ll need to do the work between sessions. With me, you don’t need to be afraid of showing big emotions or sharing things you haven’t talked about before. I believe in your capacity to grow, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn, stretch, and heal.

Faith is a foundational part of who I am, and for clients who are seeking it, we can integrate faith and spiritual strengths, values, and guidance into your therapeutic journey and healing process.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20+ years as a music teacher, where I learned the power of listening, patience, and the importance of showing up fully—especially for kids and families. My passion for counseling has been lifelong, shaped by both my personal and professional journey. I know how hard relationships can be, and I have a deep heart for people who are doing their best but still feel like they’re falling short.

If you’re ready to reconnect—to your child, your partner, your family, or just to yourself—I’d be honored to walk with you.
